HOW TO REGISTER

  • Print registration form & fill out. Email picture of the form to Registration@swellswim.com. Once we receive your form, we will send an invoice for the $100 deposit (applied to lesson appointment total). Once paid, we will begin scheduling your lesson appointments. 

  • You will have 2 business days, after a schedule is emailed, to accept, make changes as needed, and make your payment. After two business days, your schedule may be removed to accommodate other swimmers. 

  • You will receive an emailed invoice where you can pay the remaining balance immediately online. Your schedule is confirmed as soon as we receive your payment.  

  • Once a schedule is accepted and payment received, we cannot move or reschedule lessons appointments.

  • Please be as flexible and specific as possible with your availability. We hand piece these schedules together and do our best to accommodate as many swimmers as we possibly can. 

  • The initial schedule we send is always the best possible option, as it takes into account your availability, the swimmer’s age and personality, instructor availability, and overall schedule consistency. When an original schedule needs to be rearranged, we may have to compromise on one or more of these primary factors. Before submitting your form, please carefully check your calendars for any dates you will be out of town, have medical appointments, and consider nap times and bedtimes.
